When You Need a Request

A payment request is a request to pay a supplier or counterparty, which goes through approval before payment.

A request can be created manually or automatically—for example, when receiving goods by purchase order or from a contract payment schedule.

How to Create a Request

Fill in the basic fields—the system will check required fields before you can submit.

  1. Open "Treasury → New Request".
  2. Select the counterparty and a line item for the payment (Cash Flow Statement line).
  3. Enter the amount, VAT rate, currency, and payment due date (deadline).
  4. If paying by contract—link the contract: the amount will count toward the contract's actual execution.
  5. Specify the cost center/project and payment purpose, save.
VAT is calculated from the amount including the tax (as in standard 1C forms): VAT = amount × rate / (100 + rate).

Urgency and Priority

Priority ("urgent", "routine", "as scheduled") affects the request's priority in the payment day register.

The payment due date is used to track overdue payments—requests nearing the deadline are highlighted.

What Happens Next

After creation, the request goes to approval following the configured route.

Approved requests go to "Payment Day", where they form the payment register.

FAQ

Can I pay in a foreign currency?
Yes. Enter the currency and exchange rate—the amount will be automatically converted to your base accounting currency.
The request won't submit for approval
Check required fields (counterparty, line item, amount, due date). The system will highlight missing ones.
How do I link a payment to a contract?
In the request, select the contract in the corresponding field—the payment will increase the "actual" amount for that contract in its card.
