Welcome to Keiront — a cloud platform for financial intelligence in hospitality.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
SaaS Agreement
Keiront provides a cloud platform under a SaaS subscription model.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as is. Our maximum liability is limited to your monthly subscription amount.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the platform illegally.
Intellectual Property
All Keiront platform content is owned by Keiront and protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in Keiront.
Service Availability
We aim to ensure 24/7 platform availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice.
Payment Terms
Plans and pricing depend on the selected package. Pricing is in rubles.
A free trial is available for 14 days. A paid subscription is required after that.
Payments are processed in a secure environment using standard payment methods.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
