What billing model do you use?▼
Per-property billing: you pay for each hotel separately. Plan includes everything — no hidden fees for integrations, additional users, or exports.
Can we change plans during the year?▼
Yes. You can scale your plan up or down anytime. Overage is prorated by days used.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?▼
Yes, −25% for annual billing. Pro annual subscribers also get implementation included (normally ₽150,000). The discount applies automatically when you select the annual plan.
What's included in onboarding?▼
Initial system setup, account history import, training for 2–3 key users, support during first 2 weeks. Enterprise clients get a dedicated CSM for 2 months.
