How It Works
Wherever there's an "Upload from Excel" block, first download the standard template, fill it in, and upload.
- Click "Download Template" in the relevant section.
- Fill in data without changing the template column structure.
- Upload the file via "Upload from Excel".
- Verify the result in the table.
Actual load = real data (amounts, balances, statements), not plan. Don't mix with planned-limit import.

BDR actuals—in "Budget of Income & Expenses"; limits and execution—in "Budget Limits"; bank statements and inventory—in their registers; reference data (cost centers, counterparties, projects)—import and template export.
